What kind of stickers/decals do you sell?

We create high-quality, single colour, waterproof vinyl decals. They’re designed to last — with a 7-year outdoor life expectancy when applied correctly.


Can I order a custom decal?

Yes! We offer custom one-colour decals. Just fill out our Custom Order Form and include your design file, preferred size, colour, and quantity.


What file types do you accept for custom designs?

We recommend vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF (vector-based) for the best results. Not sure if your file works? Send it over — we’re happy to check!


How long does production take?

We aim to produce all orders within 24 hours. Shipping times begin after your order is made.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are processed within 24 hours, and shipping begins after production.

Australia & New Zealand

  • Non-tracked shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Standard tracked shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express tracked shipping: 1–4 business days

United States & UK

  • Non-tracked shipping: 4–10 business days

  • Standard tracked shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express tracked shipping: 2–4 business days

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Can I return a custom decal?

We’re unable to accept returns for custom or personalised products, unless there’s a fault with the item. If you’re unsure about your order, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


How do refunds work?

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • It may take a few days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
